00:13I have reached the point where some fishermen in Infanta Quezon are already fishing.

00:19They might catch a fish,

00:21now that Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 1 has left their town.

00:26They will stay in Pampang until the fishermen are allowed to fish in the middle of the sea
