00:00Careless Music founder James Reid reveals his former business partner, Korean-American Jeffrey Oh, has been terminated from the record label.
00:10This follows Oh's arrest and detention in July 2023 by the Bureau of Immigration for allegedly working without permits and visas.
00:18He was later released on bail but faced deportation charges.
00:22In an interview with OG Diaz, Reid alleges Oh owes him over 100 million pesos and that there were several contracts and business deals Oh signed without Reid's knowledge.
00:32Reid also says Oh promised to document all the missing transactions but they later found out Oh had already gone to Los Angeles.
00:40Oh has yet to speak on the issue.
00:42This comes days after the label announced actress Liza Soberano was no longer under its management since July 29.
