00:00My full focus is here, you know, whilst you're getting linked to jobs, I think that proves that you're doing something right.
00:09So it's kind of always a positive in many ways, but my full focus is here until I'm told otherwise.
00:17But yeah, I agree, I think it is a really good job for somebody.
00:19But yeah, listen, until I'm told otherwise, my focus is on this football club.
00:24Thanks Scott, good luck Saturday.
00:26Gary?
00:28Okay.
00:29I don't know, I don't know kind of what Mike's position was before he decided to leave.
00:34You know, that's up to him.
00:36You know, I know that maybe the results wasn't great or as positive as they wanted them to be.
00:46But that can quickly change around, can't it?
00:49You know, it's a long season, there's nearly 50 odd games in a campaign with the cup games and everything.
00:55So I'm sure if he'd have stayed, he'd have turned it around eventually because he's got good players there.
01:01But are you in a precarious position?
01:03Well, you're in a results business, you know, it's got to be about results and that's the nature of the beast.
01:12And if you're not performing and not picking up the results, then maybe you do become under pressure.
01:18If you're, over the flip side of that, if you're winning and doing well and passing it and playing really well
01:23and keeping the ball but creating chances and you're not quite getting the results,
01:29then potentially you keep your job a bit longer because you're doing everything properly.
01:34And then the flip side of that again is if you're winning games, you get linked to every job going,
01:41which again is normal in football, it's just normal.
01:44Everyone kind of jumps on somebody being sacked as much as everybody jumps on managers moving on.
