00:00Don't ever lose hope in the mercy of Allah.

00:03Shaitan's plot is to make you lose your link with Allah

00:09by making you lose hope in the mercy of Allah.

00:12And this is why in Surah Az-Zumar, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala tells us

00:16in a verse known as the verse with the greatest hope in it.

00:20The verse with the greatest hope in it.

00:23أَرْجَىٰ آيَةَ فِي الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ

00:26It has the greatest hope in the entire Quran.

00:29It's this verse.

00:31قُلْ يَا عِبَادِيَا الَّذِينَ أَسْرَفُوا عَلَىٰ أَنفُسِهِمْ

00:40لَا تَقْنَطُوا مِن رَّحْمَةِ اللَّهِ

00:44إِنَّ اللَّهَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ جَمِيعًا

00:50إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

00:56Say, O my worshippers,

00:58who have transgressed against themselves.

01:01What is meant by transgressing against themselves?

01:04When you commit a sin,

01:05are you harming Allah?

01:07No.

01:08Who are you harming?

01:09Your own self.

01:10That's who you are harming.

01:11Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala is above all.

01:15He is independent of all.

01:18يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ أَنْتُمُ الْفُقَرَاءُ إِلَىٰ اللَّهِ

01:26وَاللَّهُ هُوَ الْغَنِيُّ الْحَمِيدُ

01:31O people, you are fully dependent upon Allah.

01:35And Allah is absolutely independent of all of you.

01:39He is deserving of praise.

01:41And He is the owner of all praise.

01:43Subhanallah.

01:44Deserving of praise meaning,

01:46whether you praise Him or not,

01:48He is still the owner of praise.
