00:06to torture allegedly by men of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, AFN this Saturday Edo State Governorship
00:13election. Photographs posted online by residents could be seen that the woman was allegedly forced
00:19to kneel down straight with two of her hands up at the center of the road. A soldier was seen close
00:25to the woman with horse whip and the soldier appeared moving around shouting on others
00:30across the road for a reason not stated. It was gathered that the incident occurred around Iyaro
00:36area of Benin City, close to the Edo State Ministry of Education office in Oredo local
00:42government area of the state. According to a resident, the woman was subjected to the torture
00:48simply because she crossed military barricade to a place where election is to be held. The reason
00:55for the woman's action could not be as certain as at the time of filling this report. Military
01:01officer ordered one woman to kneel down and raise up her hands sake of saying she crossed barricade
01:06to area where voting could take place without voter card, one of the Edo residents stated in a post.
