00:00Q. UPSR and PTK have two supporters, but NUTP doesn't want them to be reinstated. How is the discussion at KPMG?
00:20We have informed that we will bring this matter to the ministerial level to get an opinion.
00:26And so far, we stick to what we have implemented in this level.
00:34We have a bigger plan, especially the 2027 curriculum, the new education development plan, and all this input, including this exam, this examination,
00:43which is already part of our agenda, especially the new education development plan, and our curriculum on education in the future.
00:57Q. Do you have any initiative for SPM?
01:01We give full support to SPM, because this intervention is very important.
01:05With the level of discrimination that we have reduced in the last SPM, this year the nature of the intervention has become more significant.
01:15First, we have held a dialogue with all the PPDs across the country
01:22to make sure that the issues of discrimination among SPM students are addressed.
01:30The intervention will be more detailed, because the PPDs will look at the issue locally
01:41and also take notice of the students who are closely related to the situation in each demographic of the country.
01:48That's the first thing.
01:49The second is the national intervention.
01:52We have carried out various interventions at KMG.
01:58For example, we held a visit to Cakna, we held programs to ensure that the students go to school,
02:04to address the issues that they need to address,
02:08as well as the synergy with Yayasan Hazana, our children's program, which we will launch soon,
02:16specifically to address this issue.
02:19At the same time, there is also a commitment from the state government,
02:25which I have to praise for,
02:27which has had a direct impact on the decision-making and the presence of SPM students in their respective countries.
02:35Selangor, for example, has introduced very good people's tuitions,
02:40and has made very good decisions for their country.
02:45The same goes for other countries.
02:47I have mentioned Pahang, Tokwan, Perak, Cikgu Syahrani's tuition.
02:52All of these have had a direct impact.
02:54The commitment of the state government has also directly contributed to the way we deal with the issue of SPM students.
03:02Has the initiative started?
03:04It has already started, alhamdulillah.
03:06When will you bring the issue of UPS Adam PP3 to Germany?
03:10We need to prepare our perspective, and we are in the process of preparing that perspective.
03:20But it cannot be seen in one aspect only,
03:23because it involves a larger aspect.
03:28Our children are not moths,
03:30that we have to re-examine them,
03:34whether they pass the exam or not.
03:36We have to have that determination.
03:38We have also made various re-assessments,
03:45especially to confirm the PBD, our teacher's training,
03:50and also to ensure that there is nothing that will hinder the progress of our children,
03:59especially those who are related to the national education philosophy.
04:02So, the determination of the Malaysian Government is to ensure that
04:06whatever decisions we make,
04:09will not hinder our children,
04:11especially those who are related to the national education philosophy.
