00:00He asked for protection for Attorney Harry Roque, his son, in the Supreme Court.

00:05This is in line with the actions of the former presidential spokesperson of the Quadcom of the Camera.

00:17Attorney Harry Roque's son, Bianca Jacinta, filed a petition in the Supreme Court for Rito Famparo or immediate protection for the father.

00:25This is in line with the arrest of the House Quadcom of Attorney Roque after he was cited for contempt

00:30for not submitting his tax records and Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth or SAL-N.

00:36The son of Roque's gate had grave abuse of discretion on behalf of the Quadcom in the arrest of the father.

00:42The Quadcom also abused its legislative powers, as well as the investigating powers that should be in the executive branch

00:50and adjudicative powers that are under the jurisdiction of the judiciary.

00:54Part of what Rito Famparo is asking for is the prohibition of the Quadcom to carry out a warrant of arrest against the former presidential spokesperson.

01:12On Thursday, the Quadcom issued a show-cause order against Roque's wife, Myla, who was also sent to the hearing of the Quadcom.

01:20This was because of Myla's involvement in signing a lease agreement with several Chinese nationals in connection with the illegal smuggling in Bamban, Tarlac.

01:28In a statement, Myla Roque accused the Quadcom chairman and Surigao del Norte representative Robert Ace Barbers of being abused

01:36when he accused the incorporator of Lucky South 99 even though there was no document related to him here.

01:43The Quadcom did not accept his reason for flying to Singapore for treatment even though he already submitted medical certificates and hospital records.

01:51Barbers denied it.

01:53He also reminded the Quadcom members to calm down their comments at the hearing.

01:59He only accused Roque Omano of Lucky South 99 and not Myla.

02:04He only mentioned Myla's name because he signed a lease agreement with a Chinese IT expert who is now wanted after the smuggling raid in Porac.

02:14It is also not clear to Myla's submitted medical records what illness she is suffering from.

02:20If they do not have a hidden spouse, they should attend the hearing and answer questions from congressmen.
