00:00A lot of what I'm seeing in my work right now is in the space of combating misinformation and
00:05disinformation. And we know that our communities are disproportionately targeted by these campaigns.
00:10And so I think it's just important for us to stay informed. Trinity said it incredibly well,
00:15that this is not the end of the journey of how we implement change. It is literally
00:20one of the starter steps, especially for so many new voters. I think there's close to 8 million
00:26voters that will be coming into this electorate. And so that's a really exciting time. And so I
00:31think that it's just so important for us to be mindful that when we are engaging on social media,
00:37and social media is one of the most incredible ways that you can be in community and build
00:41community and receive information. But at the same time, we do know that misinformation,
00:45disinformation, specifically around voting, voting access, what is on the ballot policies
00:50that are coming up is really important. And I also want to be mindful that what we have seen
00:54historically, especially when we have black candidates, and especially black woman is that
00:59there are targeted efforts to dismantle their leadership abilities to dismantle their stories
01:06to dismantle what it is that they are trying to build and create.
