02:41At the House of Representatives' Quad Committee hearing on September 19, Rep. Dan Fernandez
02:45said Yang was caught in 2021 smuggling rice through Sanjia in Cagayan de Oro.
02:52Chinese national Zhao Su Qi, one of the heads of an illegal pogo hub discovered in Cebu,
02:57confirms he tried to offer P1 million to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission
03:02but denies it was a bribery attempt.
03:05Zhao says Tuesday, September 24, his P1 million offer was meant to facilitate a separate agreement
03:10for his wife and young granddaughter after the Lapu-Lapu pogo raid.
03:14Authorities apprehended Zhao and more than 160 foreigners on August 31 at the Tourist
