00:44A Tarlac court issues an arrest warrant against dismissed Bamban Tarlac mayor Alice Guo for graft charges.
00:50The court sets bail at Php180,000 for two counts of the charge.
00:55Ombudsman Samuel Martirez confirms to Rappler his office filed a criminal case against Guo before the Tarlac court.
01:01This is the same office that suspended and later dismissed Guo over administrative complaints filed by the Department of the Interior and local government.
01:09Guo is expected to arrive in the Philippines from Indonesia early Friday morning.
01:14She will then be turned over to the Senate due to the chamber's standing arrest order against her.
01:18The warrant stems from a complaint filed against Guo over her alleged involvement with an illegal pogo in Bamban.

01:30This was a line pursued by Senator Risa Ontiveros as the Senate probed how the Guos were able to flee the country in mid-July,
01:36despite Senate warrants and an immigration lookout.
01:39Guo is the subject of criminal investigations into shady Philippine offshore gaming operators.
01:44Invited to the Senate was Suwal Pangasinan mayor Liceldo Dong Calugay.
01:49Calugay was absent but had sent a letter saying he'd been diagnosed with dengue fever.
01:53Ontiveros asked Sheila Guo, are Mayor Calugay and Alice in a relationship?
02:02The panel then goes into an executive session with an unnamed person.
02:05When the session resumes, Ontiveros says,
02:08The executive session has surfaced a clear link to Mayor Calugay of Suwal Pangasinan.
02:15I hope you don't leave the country suddenly, Mayor.
02:20The National Bureau of Investigation says,
02:2216 out of 169 foreign nationals caught in an illegal pogo hub in Cebu were sued for qualified trafficking.
02:29On Saturday, August 31, authorities arrested the foreigners,
02:3269 Indonesians, 93 Chinese, 6 Burmese and 1 Malaysian,
02:37during what was supposed to be a rescue operation on illegal scamming activities in Lapu-Lapu City.
02:43Based on the inquest proceedings conducted online,
02:45the 16 alleged traffickers were identified by the foreigners as their recruiters.
02:50A Filipino named Zandru Magdaluyo Cantarona was also sued as an accessory to the crime.
02:55All 169 foreign nationals were charged in violation of immigration laws.
03:00They will all be turned over to the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission in Pasay City.
03:04The case stems from a request by the Indonesian Embassy
03:07to rescue at least 40 Indonesians who were allegedly forced to work as scammers.
03:13The Media and Television Review and Classification Board or MTRCB
03:16reclassifies the documentary film Alipato at Muog from an X rating to an R16 rating.
03:22It can now be screened in commercial cinemas.
03:25Director J.L. Burgos, along with artists and human rights activists,
03:28held a protest in front of the MTRCB office in Quezon City on Thursday, September 5,
03:33as the second review of the film was ongoing.
03:35The board said they considered,
03:37"...balancing the interests of the right to freedom of expression and the state's interest."
03:42MTRCB earlier explained the film was given an X rating
03:45because it tends to undermine the faith and confidence of the people in the government.
