00:17How is Sheila Guo's condition under your custody? Please let us know her detention conditions, Dana.

00:25Yes. She is currently in our NBI. We can see that there are security concerns. Since our operation is joined with NBI-NBI,

00:40we can see that it would be better if she is in the custody of the NBI. But the legal custody with immigration is still in place.

00:53She is currently facing deportation case for misrepresentation and undesirability.

01:01Is she in a cell?

01:03From what we know, she's not in a regular NBI.

01:17There's no special treatment for them if they are in a regular NBI.

01:25How long will she be in NBI, Dana?

01:28Her local cases are ongoing. I believe she's facing an AMLAC case and a passport act case.

01:38But she's going through the deportation case at the same time. Once the local cases are over, and for example, she's sentenced to imprisonment,

01:49we would have to wait for her to serve her time first before we can implement the deportation.

01:59As for Tony Yang, are you also going to take custody of Tony Yang?

02:03Tony Yang is currently in his physical custody, but we're still studying because it looks like he's facing local cases.

02:14If he's a foreign national, he's facing local cases. He's being placed in a local jail before he's turned over to immigration at the end of his sentence.

02:26But it's clear that he has violations in our immigration laws.

02:31Yes. He also has a deportation case. Actually, we arrested him in Naia because we saw that there's misrepresentation

02:43and undesirability.

02:45Dana said in the hearing that Tony Yang has a lot of questionable documents.

02:52For example, an immigration official can see those documents. For example, he will show a Philippine passport when he's traveling,

03:00but he doesn't know how to speak Tagalog. Isn't that a red flag for an immigration officer?

03:04It's a red flag already. But in his case, he's using a Chinese passport.

03:10I think the documents that were presented that were questionable were birth certificates and other IDs that are not being checked during immigration inspection.

03:20He's using a passport during immigration inspection. But say for example, this person is inside the country and doing businesses and presenting himself as a Filipino.

03:35As in the case, we saw that in his company, he was presenting himself as a Filipino.

03:43In the second registration, there was evidence of that. That's already considered misrepresentation because if a person is a foreign national,

03:54he cannot present himself as a Filipino. That's why he was charged with misrepresentation.

04:02Okay. Let's move to Wesley Go. Do we have an update on his whereabouts?

04:08So far, we don't have an update on him. The last information that we got from our Indonesian counterpart is that he's still in Indonesia.
