Ford’s luxury division is headed, but where much of the automotive industry will be going in the coming years. Lincoln redesigned the 2024 Nautilus from the ground up, with clear goals from the very beginning of that process.
The 2.0-liter turbo four engine in the gas version offers 250 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque while delivering 21 city mpg, 29 highway mpg, and 24 combined mpg. The hybrid combines that same engine with an electric motor and battery pack to deliver 310 horsepower, 295 lb-ft of torque, and 30 city mpg, 31 highway mpg, and 30 mixed mpg.
The feature that truly sets the new Nautilus interior apart from the competition is the 48-inch full-width display across the dashboard. This 48-inch panoramic screen sweeps from A-pillar to A-pillar at the base of the windshield, combining the safety and functional benefits of a head-up, eyes-up display and customizable information panels across the digital horizon.

00:00This is the 2024 Lincoln Nautilus.
00:05Lincoln has really rethought how we spend our time in our cars
00:08and how time in our cars can be time well spent.
00:12Quiet flight is the philosophic idea behind Lincoln these days
00:16to move fast and swiftly, but also luxuriously.
00:22The new face of the Lincoln Nautilus is noted by the illuminated Lincoln badge
00:26and the light bar that spans the entire mesh grille.
00:30We have new headlights and a wing-shaped LED on the side running light.
00:36The door handles on the Lincoln Nautilus don't move.
00:39There is a pad on the inside.
00:42It's digital, so you just press that pad and the door opens.
00:46There's also keyless entry here.
00:50If you notice those chimes, those are not your typical chimes in a car.
00:57Those chimes are performed by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra,
01:00and that's just the start of what is different about Lincoln.
01:04I'm going to show you this, though. Check this out.
01:07This is what they call the coast-to-coast screen.
01:11You can customize the coast-to-coast screen by doing this.
01:14You just tap this little icon here on the multimedia system,
01:18and then you can move things around.
01:21The steering wheel is called a squircle.
01:24It's flat on the top and flat on the bottom,
01:26and it's actually even dark on top and light on the bottom.
01:30The whole idea is to give you maximum visibility of everything in front of you from the driver's seat.
01:36As I swipe my finger around this pad here,
01:39I can see the different functions that are being highlighted there,
01:44and the same on the other side, on the left side of the steering wheel.
01:48If looking at the screen and finding the function is too much, then I can do this.
01:53Hey, Google.
01:55And the voice-activated assistance is here to help me do everything,
02:00and we can access anything that we can access through our Google account,
02:03from messages and email to our maps,
02:06and we can even set our map destination, say, on our phone,
02:10and then access it here on the screen in the Lincoln Nautilus.
02:14This is where I will find my drive modes,
02:16normal, conserve, which is eco,
02:19excite, which is sport,
02:20slippery, which is for rain or gravel,
02:24and then deep conditions, which is for snow.
02:27And then I want to show you this.
02:29So there's actually a digital scent diffuser inside the armrest,
02:34and I can install three at a time.
02:37They cost $30 each, but I can change that.
02:39I believe there are up to seven different options.
02:43This is our volume dial.
02:44It's this really beautiful cut crystal dial,
02:48but this dial is a really elegant anchor for the center console.
02:53There's a retractable lid for the center console,
02:56and this houses the wireless charge pad.
03:00There's a place here to tuck a phone if you want to plug it in with a USB,
03:04and then there are cup holders here.
03:07Lincoln's partnership with Revel Sound Systems
03:09has created not only a really beautiful concert hall-like sound,
03:15but also pairing with the fragrance diffuser,
03:18with the massage seats,
03:19and with the temperature control of the airflow in the cabin
03:22is something Lincoln calls Rejuvenate Mode,
03:25to be able to clear your head and enjoy a massage,
03:29enjoy a calming view,
03:31enjoy a beautiful piece of music,
03:33and then go into the rest of your day in a different mindset.
03:38The rear seat of the Lincoln Nautilus is actually really spacious.
03:43The interiors in the Lincoln Nautilus, as all modern Lincolns, are themed.
03:47Ours is called Chalet.
03:48It's also notable for the perforated pattern,
03:52the contrast stitching, the piping.
03:55These are the kinds of details that you see in the highest quality luxury cars.
04:00Lincoln offers two engine options in the Nautilus.
04:03There is a four-cylinder turbo that delivers 250 horsepower.
04:07Then there's a four-cylinder hybrid that increases the horsepower output to 310.
04:12Pricing starts at about $50,000.
04:14There are three trims.
04:15There's the Lincoln Nautilus.
04:17There is the Reserve, and there is the Black Label.
04:20The Black Label tops out at something over $75,000.
04:24For $50,000, yes.
04:26For $75,000, wow.
04:28The technology in this car is really groundbreaking.
