00:00We have breaking news, a tropical depression or mild storm is watching the low-pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:13It was last seen with a forecast of more than 2,000 kilometers east of Central Luzon.

00:18It has a low chance of entering the PAR.

00:22Aside from that, a new LPA was formed near Batanes, which was seen from a distance of 800 kilometers east of Extreme Northern Luzon.

00:32Another LPA is being watched outside the PAR, 1,435 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas.

00:40Weather updates are still in effect if it is possible for the so-called LPAs to become a storm.

00:47For now, the Intertropical Convergence Zone, or ITZZ, is affecting Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao.

00:54Local thunderstorms are expected in other parts of Luzon.

00:58In the next few hours, a large portion of the country, including Metro Manila, will be affected by possible rainfall,

01:04based on the rainfall forecast of Metro Weather.

01:07Heavy rains that could cause floods or landslides are possible.

01:20According to the forecast, if it does not become cloudy in your area from 3.30 am tomorrow,
