Wanting and needing are two different things
Not knowing what you need is annoying. But even worse is to get something you want. Why? Mainly because it's probably not going to work for you. Just because you see someone with something you 'want', doesn’t mean it will be right for you.

00:00I've always said wanting and needing a completely different things.
00:04People want to use that Apple service because someone else is using it.
00:10And I've made a video about the grass isn't greener on the other side and
00:14generally isn't now people go out searching for an app that they want to
00:19use and they use it for a while and that's fine because they want to test
00:23it out.
00:25But more often than not people go out there look and do so much research
00:31about how people are using the app rather than what they themselves need
00:37with with that app or what they need to do.
00:41Basically, I always say find what you need to do and then find the app that
00:46works for it.
00:46And again, it's okay going out there to do the research as to what app would
00:52work for you, but more often than not people want the app because other
00:59people are using it people want to use a system because someone else that
01:04they admire like whatever use right so they want to use that app because
01:12someone else is using it rather than them actually needing it wanting and
01:17needing again as I said it to completely different things.
01:21I want a Ferrari.
01:23I don't need a Ferrari.
01:24I have a perfectly good car.
01:26I want jet skis, but I don't really need them because I don't go jet ski.
01:32It's kind of a bad example, but I think you need you know what I'm trying
01:36to say wanting and needing a two completely different things and if you
01:41can separate those things you'll realize that what you need is minuscule
01:48compared to what you actually want and that actually goes with life in
01:53general, but we're talking about tech.
01:55So you wanting to do something and going out there searching for an app
02:01different you wanting to use the app because that person is using it
02:07watching those YouTube videos that that's not good.
02:12It's it's something you probably don't need anyway, look at look through
02:17your system because your apps the apps that you already have probably do
02:20everything that you want it to do.
02:22You just don't know how to do it figure it out and I'm sure they'll be
02:26people out there that can help you with that.
