Tech that’s easy to use and simple to maintain
Having the tools, you need to do your work should be as easy as everything else you do during the day. Life is hard enough already. We don’t need our tech adding more friction.

01:36important, but the way you use the tools the kind of

01:45So making sure that the tools that you use and the tools that you have
01:50If you get rid of the friction as in it's
01:54Complicated get rid of the friction as in I don't have to maintain it then doing your work helping your clients
02:02Running your business. It's going to be a lot more simpler
02:05So again getting rid of that friction makes your life much easier. Just like as I said

02:15I have a comfortable couch in the office because I wanted to sit there sometimes so I make myself comfortable
02:20So I got the tool to be able to do that. I don't have to maintain it because it just sits there
