✍INGREDIENTS:

- 4 medium-sized onions (चार मध्यम आकार के प्याज), finely chopped
- Salt to taste (स्वाद अनुसार नमक)
- 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder (1 टेबलस्पून कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च)
- 3 tablespoons gram flour (3 टेबलस्पून बेसन)
- 2 tablespoons rice flour (2 टेबलस्पून चावल का आटा)
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder (1 टेबलस्पून धनिया पाउडर)
- 1 tablespoon chaat masala (1 टेबलस्पून चाट मसाला)
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (1/4 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर)
- 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds (1/2 टीस्पून कलौंजी)
- 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, crushed (1/2 टीस्पून अजवाइन, क्रश किया हुआ)
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste (1 टीस्पून अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)
- Green chilies to taste (स्वाद अनुसार हरी मिर्च)
- Fresh coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
- Water as needed for consistency (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)

Instructions : -

- Chop 4 medium-sized onions finely.
- Add salt to taste.
- Mix in 1 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder.
- Add 3 tablespoons gram flour.
- Incorporate 2 tablespoons rice flour.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon coriander powder.
- Add 1 tablespoon chaat masala.
- Include 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- Crush and add 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds.
- Crush and add 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds.
- Mix in 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
- Add green chilies to taste.
- Stir in fresh coriander leaves.
- Add water to achieve the desired consistency.
- Heat oil in a kadhai for frying.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain excess oil.
- Serve hot.

00:32To make Onion Pakora, we have taken 4 medium sized Onions
00:37We have removed the skin and cleaned it
00:42Now we will finely chop it

01:00Now we will add 1 tbsp of Salt
01:05And 1 tbsp of Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
01:09Mix it well
01:11Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder is not spicy
01:15We are using it to bring color
01:19It is mixed well
01:22Now we will add Gram Flour and mix it well
01:26We will add Gram Flour little by little and mix it
01:34We have added 3 tbsp of Gram Flour
01:38Now we will add 2 tbsp of Rice Flour
01:42You can also use Semolina instead of Rice Flour
01:46Mix it well
01:50Friends, Rice Flour will make the Pakora crunchy

02:54Now we will fry it on gas
02:58To make Pakora, we will heat oil in a wok
03:03Oil is hot now
03:05Now we will reduce the flame to medium
03:08And we will fry the mixture little by little
