00:20The Local Disaster Response Council quickly activated three evacuation centers for displaced

00:26The Apayao landslides and rising rivers closed the Apayao-Ilocos Norte Road and the Claveria-Calanasan-Cabugao
00:32Road.
00:33Authorities say it will begin clearing operations once weather conditions improve.
00:37Local governments advise against non-essential travel and warn of further flooding and landslides
00:42as the storm continues.
00:43Classes in Abra, Baguio City, and Benguet are suspended on Monday, September 30.
