00:00A tricycle traveled home from a tragedy in Gandawa, Pampanga

00:04after it collided with a truck that immediately stopped the lives of two of its passengers.

00:09Isaiah Mirafuentes is the center of the news.

00:14Dead on the spot when a young woman fell off the tricycle.

00:19She was on the wheel of a passenger car after she got stuck in the tricycle.

00:24Three other passengers were injured, including the driver, her living partner,

00:29and one of their children.

00:31This heavy scene happened right after a passenger tricycle collided

00:37with a dump truck carrying sand.

00:40We were patrolling and we received a report that there was an accident

00:45before the tricycle arrived.

00:48We responded and we arrived there.

00:51A child was lying dead.

00:55The driver was on the side.

00:58There were four of them. One of them was stuck in the tricycle.

01:01The tricycle collided with the victim's grandmother.

01:05The family of the driver was on the tricycle

01:08and one of their passengers, a group member, was injured in the collision.

01:13The victim was the child of the tricycle driver.

01:18The accident happened on the boundary of Bulacan and Pampanga.

01:22According to the driver of the truck,

01:25he was in Bulacan when the tricycle collided with him.

01:29He was shocked by what happened

01:31and he was not able to stop the truck he was driving.

01:35I asked for a dispense from them.

01:37It was an accident. I didn't want it to happen.

01:40The victims were treated.

01:43According to the official of Pulong, Palasa,

01:45the area was really accident prone.

01:48It was on the side of the road.

01:51That's why there were a lot of accidents.

01:53But there were enough signboards as a reminder to the motorists.
