00:29According to the Commonwealth Spokesperson, Atty. Rex Laudianco, the Supreme Court has now removed the financial aspect and a candidate will be recognized to be called a nuisance candidate.

00:41Laudianco has confirmed that they have other aspects to look at if the candidates who are running individually should be recognized.

01:12On the second day of filing the Certificate of Candidacy of COC here in Manila Hotel Tent City, only 21 candidates have filed, including 10 aspiring senators and 11 on the party list.

01:25This is less than the 32 candidates who filed as a COC yesterday.

01:29Some of the well-known personalities who filed this morning are Re-Electionist Amy Marcos, who says that her brother, President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., is still supportive even though he chose not to join the senatorial slate of the administration.
