00:00This hydrostatic test tool guarantees the quality of the work, avoiding leaks and vibrations.
00:15Its main advantage is that it is lightweight and portable, in addition to including a 15 foot long hose,
00:22which allows you to accommodate it in the best way and not necessarily keep it next to the workstation.
00:28It is ideal for home and commercial pressure tests.
00:33In addition, it is capable of pumping 4.5 liters per minute using only a drill as an energy mechanism.
00:41It is self-pumping and is capable of working in pressurized and non-pressurized systems.
00:49To begin with, we will place the drill motor in the back of the pump.
00:55Remember that if it is a wireless drill, it must be 18 volts and if it is wireless, it must be 1500 rpm.
01:17Next, we will place the high pressure hose in the pump.
01:25Then connect the water supply hose to the pump and adjust it well to prevent air from entering the pump.
01:37Next, we will open the pump outlet valve, which is located in this part.
01:54We will place the hose at a point where the work area does not get wet.
02:08Once we have finished purging the air, we will close the outlet valve again.
02:26After purging the system, we will close all the valves of the pump and turn on the drill until the gauge indicates the pressure we require.
02:39Move the handle of the regulator counterclockwise to decrease the pressure and clockwise to increase the pressure.
02:53Once the pressure we want to work is set, we will connect the high pressure hose at the other end in the system where we are going to do the test.
03:08Next, open the pump outlet valve and the input valve of the system and turn on the drill.
03:23Keep the drill on until you reach the required test pressure to check that there is no leak in the system.
03:36Remember to close the pump valve while the drill continues to operate.
03:40Once finished, close the probe valve, turn off the drill and remove the high pressure hose.
03:51Finally, remember to open both valves of the pump and turn on the drill to purge the inside of the pump.
04:07Disconnect the pump drill.
