Today, let’s learn how to perfect the forehand high serve.
This would mean the shuttle goes diagonally towards the opponent’s court.
Take a side stance with your left leg in the front, that’s if you’re right-handed.
Keep the racquet in an elevated position and gradually shift your weight.
That is from the back leg to the front leg.
Hit the shuttle hard and high, and complete a good follow through.
