00:10Yesterday, Francisco O. Maslog, an agent of a publishing company, was confronted by the NOE Department of Education, Culture and Sports, or DECS, to supply textbooks.
00:22Maslog was also involved in the Graff case, but he was not imprisoned because he was found dead in 2019.
00:30The two accused were sentenced to 10 years in prison.
00:35The NBI issued a fingerprint examination and other documents showing that Francisco and Maslog are one.
00:43Anti-Graff Court ordered the NBI to confront the agent who conducted the fingerprint examination, as well as other witnesses and evidence, in the next hearing on October 28 and 29.
00:55Francisco's accomplice also ordered to prepare their evidence.
00:59The District Court also issued an order to imprison Francisco in the NBI.
