00:00Let's get an update on the COCs who were hired by Comelec National Capital Region.

00:13Alan, I'm here at Comelec NCR in San Juan City.

00:17This is the fifth day of the filing of the Certificate of Candidate COC-OC for those who will run for Congress.

00:24Earlier this morning, there were five personalities who were hired by their COC.

00:32Mayor Marci Tudoro of Marikina City was early bird.

00:35Before the opening of Comelec NCR in San Juan City earlier this morning,

00:40he arrived at the venue to file his Certificate of Candidacy

00:46as a representative of the first district of his city under the National Unity Party.

00:52Later, when he returns to Congress, he will lead the National Land Use Program.

00:58The implementation of the National Land Use Plan, until now,

01:02we still don't have anyone who can help to take care of our environment

01:07and to avoid the calamities that we are experiencing,

01:14like the reserve areas, protected areas.

01:18Former Anwaray Party List Representative Bem Noel also wants to return to Congress.

01:24This time, he will run as a representative of the Lone District of the city of Malabon.

01:30He will replace his wife, Representative Josephine Noel, who will run as mayor of the city.

01:38Noel will run under the Nationalist People's Coalition

01:42and Pabahay is one of his programs.

02:24They will both aim to have quality education in the country.

02:58Doc. Louie Chua filed his COC as an independent candidate

03:03and will run for the 4th District of Manila City.

03:08Alan, just before noon, the last person to file his COC was here this morning.

03:14But this afternoon, he will be the first one to arrive

03:18at 1.40 p.m., the former Mayor of Caloocan, Mayor Ray Malonso.
