00:22There is nobody who can live without stress and it is not even desirable that one lives

00:30You should have, however, things in life that are bigger than your stress.
00:35If you deal rightly with stress, stress is a friend.
00:39It crystallizes something within you.
00:41It makes you stronger.
00:43But if you do not know the right place of stress in life, then stress becomes threatening
00:51and it reduces your ability to work, to concentrate, to think, to be meditative.
00:57All that will suffer.
