00:38As always, I wanted to finish my term as a Congresswoman.

00:43There are a lot of projects for the Congress, like flood control projects.

00:54In Cebu City, her COC ran for the first time as Mayor of Lungson, Yogi Filimon Ruiz,

01:02former PDEA 7 Director and Customs Commissioner.

01:05She was accompanied by her supporters and several members of the Cebu Muslim Brotherhood.

01:10Compared to their political machinery, compared to their political network,

01:16I have to be realistic. I don't have political machinery.

01:20Ask what they have.

01:22All I have is a network of supporters down to the grassroots

01:26who volunteered their talent, their time, their energy to support us

01:34because they want true change and true progress in this city.

01:38We are presenting ourselves as the better alternative.

01:41Meanwhile, she was accompanied by her band, Dragon Dance, supporters, and her family

01:47in running for the COC, the independent candidate Ninia Mabatid,

01:51who was re-elected as the Councilor of Lungson.

01:54In the City of the Consulate, the members of Partido Osa-Consulasyon-PDP Laban

02:01attended a mass before running for their candidacy in the office of Comelec.

02:05Blizilda Bingol-Villio was the first to run for the Councilor of the City of the Consulate.

02:10In Davao City, her COC attended the re-election

02:14of Davao City 1st District Representative, Congressman Paulo Pulong Duterte

02:36She was accompanied by her cousin, Incumbent 1st District Councilor Javi Campos,

02:41in running for the COC as a congressman in the 2nd District of Lungson.

02:47According to Comelec, on the last day of filing for the COC,

02:51more incumbent officials are expected to run for their candidacy.
