00:11In a CCTV footage on October 6 last night in Manila,
00:15a man was walking on the eastbound lane of Paco Santa Mesa Flyover in Pandacan.
00:20He was about to cross the road when suddenly a motorcycle appeared.
00:25The 58-year-old Rodolfo Caparrino was here in the pool.
00:30There was no vehicle there.
00:32We saw him as he was crossing the road.
00:39This is probably the reason why he didn't notice the motorcycle crossing the road.
00:45And that was the reason for the accident.
00:47The victim was supposed to go to her job as a motorcycle rider, Moises Garcia.
00:53The woman who was at home was supposed to go to her job.
00:58We think she was supposed to go to her job because she's a family driver.
01:01She didn't notice the motorcycle crossing the road.
01:05Because of the impact of the motorcycle,
01:07both of them fell to the sidewalk.
01:11Caparrino was taken to the Philippine General Hospital of Manila DRRMO Ambulance
01:16but he was not revived.
01:18The rider who was brought to the hospital in Manila was injured in the accident.
01:22The rider is in the custody of the Manila Traffic Enforcement Unit
01:27facing reckless imprudence resulting to homicide.
