00:11Connie, earlier, Senator Riza Ontiveros showed the Aljazeera report where the Chinese spy was mentioned, Dismissed Mayor Alice Guo.

00:20The office of Senator Riza tried to talk to Xie Zhijiang, the Chinese spy who appeared in the documentary through the Philippine Embassy in Thailand,

00:30but it was not allowed. The Yatai Corporation, owned by Xie, said that no one can talk to Xie and that anyone who goes directly to him is prohibited.

00:40But the office of Xie Zhijiang's former cellmate, Wang Fugwei, was able to talk to Ontiveros.

00:45According to Wang Fugwei in a Zoom interview, they have been Xie's cellmates for one and a half years and have become close friends.

00:52When Wang left, Xie asked him to pay for some declassified files. According to Wang, the Chinese spy is Alice Guo or Guo Huaping, but she's not a special spy.

01:40Wang cannot answer if Guo's family is also involved. But Guo and his scamming business in China's espionage has something in common.

01:48Wang also mentioned a Madong Li, a member of the Communist Party of China and Xie's state security contact. It's possible that he's also Guo's handler.
