00:00Bismillahirrahmanirrahim. Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh and good afternoon.
00:05Today, I want to share one more success of Selangor Police
00:09in combating the use of drugs.
00:12That is, we managed to smuggle,
00:15and also rob and arrest
00:18a water processing center.
00:22Which I can say, that is the biggest mistake
00:25that we smuggled and arrested.
00:29Where on the 3rd of October, around 12.30pm,
00:34a police force from the Department of Criminal Justice and Drug Enforcement
00:38I think, Selangor has smuggled a house,
00:42two houses in the Bulu River area,
00:46and arrested two local men and two foreigners
00:52who were involved in processing
00:56and also selling coconut water.
00:59In this smuggling, we have smuggled
01:031100 bottles of coconut water
01:07that are ready to be sold.
01:09Each bottle is about 500ml
01:13and the total contents that were smuggled
01:16are 550,000ml
01:20and also the amount of
01:23cigarettes sold illegally.
01:27All the suspects that were arrested
01:29are between the ages of 21 and 42 years old.
01:33And,
01:36two of the foreigners are also working
01:41as a landscape company in Kebun Bunga.
01:45That means, this coconut processing center
01:48is operating in Serendong,
01:50located behind a landscape shop.
01:54One of them has a record of a robbery
01:57and smuggling of coconut water to all the suspects is negative.
02:01The value of the smuggled coconut water
02:04and cigarettes is less than 20,000 ringgit
02:08and is believed to be used for markets and places around the Bulu River.
02:13All the suspects have been detained for 7 days
02:16and they are under Arrest Warrant No. 117
02:19of the Criminal Procedure Law
02:22and are under Section 30-3
02:25Acta Racun 1952
02:27and Section 135-1E
02:30Acta Kastam 1967.
02:33If a crime has been committed,
02:35the first crime can be sentenced
02:37to at least 5 years in prison
02:39or a fine of no more than 100,000 ringgit.
02:42The second crime can be committed
02:45with a fine of no more than 20,000 ringgit
02:48or a fine of 500,000 ringgit
02:50and can be sentenced to at least 6 months in prison
02:53and no more than 5 years in prison.
02:56The smuggled coconut water
02:58can be supplied to 1,100 users at a time
03:02with a daily consumption of 500 milliliters.
03:07This place has been used for processing.
03:20Once they cook,
03:23there are 400-500 bottles
03:28for use between 2-4 days.
03:31Meaning that after 2-4 days,
03:34they will cook again.
03:35Every time they cook,
03:37there are 400-500 bottles
03:40and each bottle is sold for 5 ringgit
03:43during the day.
03:45During the night,
03:46it is sold for 10 ringgit.
03:49In the early morning,
03:50it may be more expensive.
03:52The supply of coconut water
03:56is obtained from Perak
04:00and each time it is bought,
04:02it is bought in the amount of 50 kilograms.
04:06This 50 kilograms of coconut water
04:09can be cooked to produce
04:11more than 4,000 bottles.
04:13For the liquid coconut,
04:17was it mixed with any other substances?
04:23What we smuggled,
04:25we did not detect any other substances.
04:27This is purely coconut water.
