Brawner says new act will promote local production of defense equipment

Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff General Romeo Brawner on Tuesday, October 8, said the newly enacted Self-Reliant Defense Posture Revitalization Act, meant to develop and promote the local production of defense equipment, paves the way for the faster and more effective modernization of the military.
