00:16Jeremiah Eufemio was only 12 years old when he started collecting various stamps.

00:24He learned a lot from collecting stamps.

00:28Now, he has almost 12,000 stamps.

00:33When we were cleaning the house, I saw two old albums.

00:37And when I opened it, I thought it was a photo album.

00:40And then it was full of stamps.

00:42Stamps can be used as a reference material.

00:44You can build stories with stamps.

00:46At present, he is one of the core leaders of the Philippine Stamp Collectors Society or PSCS.

00:53Jeremiah is also one of the exhibitors and stamp collectors

00:57who participated in the celebration of World Post Day.

01:00The celebration was led by the Philippine Postal Corporation

01:03and the Philippine Stamp Collectors Society.

01:06In the exhibit, you can see the stamps made from various materials,

01:11stamp arts, seals, and more.

01:31The first Philippine postage stamp, Queen Isabella, was also included in the opening ceremony of the Mana Philatelica Stamp Exhibition.

01:41It was first released on February 1, 1854 during the reign of Reina Isabella II of Spain.

01:49This is now the third leg of the stamp exhibition, which was first held in Davao and Cebu.

01:55Aside from the stamps, there is also free postcard sending and letter writing in the exhibit.

02:01We wanted to show them that the hobby of stamp collecting is still alive.
