00:00We had about 100 kids in the morning session, and about another 100 kids out here today.
00:09And we've been lucky enough to get onto Scully Park, where you can see the pictures, pretty
00:15amazing.
00:21It's sort of setting them up for good foundations for the future, so it's not just about getting
00:26them physically active, it's about their mental health now, it's about social inclusion, getting
00:31guys to interact socially again, instead of being on their iPads and locked indoors.
00:37Getting outdoors, natural sunlight, making new friends, and building their own fitness.
00:42We talk to them about hydration, nutrition, sleep, screen time, the importance of physical
00:49activity, so it's a whole well-rounded thing.
00:52If we can sort of set them up now, at a young age, then they'll have healthier habits as
00:56they move into their teenage years.
00:58Elbows!
00:59Shoulders!
01:00Cone!
01:01Up!
01:02I can already see in this group behind me now, there's a few skilful people and boys
01:13and girls here, so we're going to play a bit more games, we've just started, so I think
01:17by the end of the day we'll have a few stars.
