00:00So what we can end up doing after a little while is that I can rip the birds here and

00:09The kids have good direction, I think a lot of them are underestimating themselves with
00:17it, but then there's a couple of kids that are very good at such a young age, a lot better
00:25than what I was at that age.
00:30If a kid wants to come down and have an apprenticeship and he's done this and we have a look, come
00:34back through and have a look at the markings, it goes alright.
00:39And it sort of helps us because we can get those better kids after apprenticeships, but
00:47saying that too, there's some kids there you can see them grow just in the two hours of
00:51doing it too, so that's another thing to look at.
00:53You do get those kids that are just exceptional, that really want to learn and get involved
00:59with it.
01:10It's a great idea.
01:11I wish I had some of this from world school.
