00:15the President also requested support for the ASEAN Plus 3 Emergency Rice Reserve Agreement.
00:20This is an agreement between ASEAN, China, Japan, and South Korea
00:25that is far from establishing a rice reserve to provide assistance to countries affected by the food crisis, natural calamities, or other emergencies.
00:35Meanwhile, President Marcos Jr. called for the re-study of the ASEAN-India Trade in Goods Agreement.
00:43At the 21st ASEAN-India Summit, the President said that the agreement is important to ease trade restrictions.
00:51The President also said that he believes in the cooperation of countries with digitalization.
00:57The President also encouraged India to pursue technical and vocational training in ASEAN.
