00:29In addition to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, DOJ Secretary Crispin Rimulya and Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado Estrella will also serve as caretakers.
00:39This is not the first time that three Cabinet members will run and operate the Executive Department while the President is on an official foreign trip.
00:48This happened when the Chief Executive visited the 44th and 45th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Summit and related summits held in Laos last month.
