Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) menghibahkan aset Barang Milik Negara (BMN) dengan nilai Rp19,26 triliun pada 2024. Serah terima tersebut disaksikan Menteri Keuangan Sri Mulyani.  Sri Mulyani mengatakan BMN yang diserahkan tersebut merupakan hasil pembangunan menggunakan APBN yang dikerjakan oleh Kementerian PUPR sepanjang 2024.

00:00Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Sainal Fattah, explained that

00:08from state-owned goods worth Rp19.26 trillion, Rp5.8 trillion of which was given to the Ministry of the Institute

00:16and Rp13.36 trillion was handed over to the regional governments, from high schools to villages.

00:23More specifically, the BNM for the water resource sector, in the form of weather radar, as well as the equipment system

00:30and office buildings, has a value of Rp113.99 billion.

00:35Second, the national road infrastructure is worth Rp2.79 trillion.

00:40And the next is the construction sector in the form of drinking water network,

00:44school and market buildings, strategic tourism areas,

00:48state border crossings, and the increase in the quality of residential areas with a total value of Rp9.53 trillion.

00:56Next, the transformation sector in the form of housing,

00:59public utility facilities run with a total value of Rp6.82 trillion,

01:05or 35.4% of the total BNM that was handed over.

01:12This year, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing implemented the BNM after receiving it.

01:19Of course, this is the BNM that we have completed the administration process with the Ministry of Finance.

01:27The amount that we will hand over today is Rp19.26 trillion.

01:35This amount consists of Rp5.8 trillion that we hand over to the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing,

01:45and the remaining amount, Rp13.36 trillion, is handed over to the regional government,
