00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05use Microsoft Yammer for Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 10. Upload a

00:11PowerPoint presentation. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this

00:15tutorial, you need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account

00:19for Microsoft Office 365. Now this account works for a business. We also need to

00:24have access to a PowerPoint presentation. So we can now start this tutorial. Let's now

00:28go all the way down to the dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to the web browser, which is

00:32Google Chrome in this case. Now go to office.com. Make sure you are signed in

00:36to the account. Now go to the left-hand side navigation menu. Click on

00:39Applications. Go to All Applications. Scroll down to Explore all the

00:43applications. Now go to Yammer. Let's now wait for this to load. Once this has

00:50loaded, let's minimize Chrome for the moment. Now let's go all the way down to the

00:53dock. Go to Finder. Go to the OneDrive folder. Locate a PowerPoint presentation.

01:00I see one on Screenwork.pptx. Let's now minimize Finder for the moment. Let's go

01:06down to the dock again. Go back to Google Chrome. Go to All Company within My

01:11Communities. Now go to Files. It's the same process as we did for the last two

01:16tutorials. Click on Upload. Files. Go to OneDrive. Now we see the PowerPoint

01:25presentation. Work.pptx. Click on Open and this should now be uploading to your

01:30Yammer account. Let's click on

01:35Upload and there we have the PowerPoint presentation. If I were to now click on

01:41Work.pptx, it should now open up in PowerPoint for Microsoft Office 365

01:46web-based. So we can now quit Google Chrome. Quit Finder. And so that's it for this
