00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05use Microsoft Yammer for Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 27, Delete
00:11Community. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you
00:16need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account for Microsoft
00:20Office 365. Now this can be for what school of business. We also need to have
00:23access to a community which we have created in the previous tutorial in order
00:28for us to delete. In this tutorial, we will be quickly creating a community and
00:33then deleting it. So we're gonna start the tutorial. Let's now go all the way
00:36down to the dock. Go to Launchpad, go to the web browser which is Google Chrome
00:40in this case. Now go to office.com. Make sure you are signed into the account. Go
00:45to the left hand side navigation menu. Click on all applications. Go to all apps.
00:49Go to explore all your applications. Now go to Yammer. Let's now just wait for
00:53this to load. Once that has loaded, we can then create the community by going to
01:01the left hand side navigation menu. Let's create a community. Let's just call this
01:05community trial. This is a trial. Let's just add a couple of members. Myself and
01:17the admin. Let's create a private community. Create. Now this community will
01:24be created and let's command R to refresh to see this pop-up on the side
01:32within my communities and there it is. So now the purpose of this tutorial is to
01:37delete the community that we have created. Why? It might be some reasons you
01:43wish to delete. Maybe you no longer require this community or you had
01:47created it and feel the reason to now no longer have this within your
01:53communities or it may be another reason. That's fine. Let's now click on the three
01:59dots in the top right corner. Go to settings. Go to delete this community. Are
02:06you sure you want to delete the trial community? This community will be removed
02:10from members community list and directories. Live events from this
02:16community will no longer be accessible including Yammer conversations from
02:20prior events. That's okay. Delete and now this community has been deleted. We have
02:27a message on screen to say sorry this community was deleted. Let's go back to
02:31the admin panel. Command refresh and there we go. The community that was
02:38within my communities called trial has now been deleted. So we can now quit
02:43Google Chrome and so that's about this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial.
02:48Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to
