00:00Computer Science video is here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05use Microsoft Yammer for Office 365 on a Mac computer. Tutorial 17, keeping files

00:12on this device. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you

00:18need to have access to a Mac computer, have access to an account for Microsoft

00:21Office 365. Now this can be for us for the business. So we now start the

00:25tutorial. Let's now go down to the dock, go to finder, go to the computer science

00:31videos folder for Yammer, which we have within the favorites. Go to all company,

00:37Yammer and now click on a file or a folder, right click or two fingers down

00:46on a trackpad and click on always keep on this device. Now what this will do for

00:51us is we will have the physical versions on the Mac computer. Why is this a

00:59positive note? Well, just in case something happens,

01:05internet's gone down, the router, Wi-Fi, nothing is working or nothing is

01:09connecting, you can then not access or save in real time. All the changes will

01:15not be made until the Wi-Fi or internet starts working. So if we always keep this

01:22file or folders on this device, the changes will be made and when the

01:28internet or router Wi-Fi reconnects, then everything will be uploaded to the

01:35servers. So let's click on always keep on this device and there we go. So these

01:46files and folder are now on this device. As you can see by the logos in the

01:55bottom right corner, this one has the cloud, this one has the tick. The tick

02:00signifies that the files and the folders are now saved on this device. So

02:07we can now quit Finder. So that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next
