La maggiore criticità è che non ci sono specialisti per patologie urologiche di transizione”. 01:20And then the whole issue of the commissioning, in subsequent phases, how should it be managed?
01:24The commissioning takes into account two aspects.
01:28First, the so-called today, in which subjects who are about 16 years old lose the pediatric-teenage reference
01:38and are commissioned by an individual who has expertise in the genital area, urologist-andrologist.
01:46The future of these subjects will have multiple facets,
01:51since they certainly have an area of great interest in the world of so-called hypogonadism,
01:57that is, everything that concerns the field of the production of testosterone and its functional exploitation,
02:04but also everything that concerns cardiovascular health, so first and foremost the heart,
02:09bone-muscle health, psychological health,
02:13health, if we want, also in harmony with their future reproductive path and their sexuality.
