00:26In 2018, Alexis Bryson and Asia Hardy were at an Applebee's in a shopping mall in Independence,
00:32Missouri when the restaurant manager approached them with a security guard and a cop. Hardy and
00:38Bryson were accused by a server of dining and dashing the night before, even though they weren't
00:43there. This was made worse by the fact that the accuser could only describe the dashers vaguely
00:53as a skinny girl and one wearing makeup. The women were ordered to pay for their meals,
00:58leave, and never return. Bryson, who recorded the distressing interaction,
01:08accused the trio of racial profiling since she and Hardy were black. Due to the backlash,
01:14Applebee's fired the manager, the server, and another employee.
01:18In Hot Water
01:23It should have been just another day as a desk clerk for Crystal Caldwell at the Quality Inn
01:29in Mystic, Connecticut in 2020. Instead, Philip Sarner and Emily Orbe not only complained to
01:35Caldwell that their room had no hot water, but also screamed racial slurs and attacked the employee.
01:42Unfortunately for them, it was seen by witnesses and caught on camera. The Karen couple was
01:50arrested and issued with several charges. Amazingly, Sarner and Orbe turned around and
02:03filed a civil lawsuit against Caldwell for defamation. The duo rejected plea deals in
02:08their criminal case. In 2024, Sarner failed to show up to court, the reason being that
02:14he had been arrested for a separate incident involving assaults and robbery.
02:24Airport Attack
02:25Airports have a lot of rules about time to keep the flow of jets and people flowing.
02:30But apparently, Makyan Mercer and Janaya Nagash didn't know this or didn't care.
02:35In 2023, the duo argued with staff at Miami International Airport in Florida
02:41after arriving 45 minutes after check-in closed for their Frontier Airlines flight.
02:46Not getting their way, they attacked the workers.
02:53Mercer even threw a plastic sign, injuring one employee.
02:57After the cops arrived, Nagash tried blocking them to keep them from making an arrest.
03:03Unsurprisingly, this didn't work and both had the handcuffs slapped on
03:07and were charged with several crimes. Not surprisingly,
03:12Frontier banned the women from using their services for life.
03:18Plane Racist
03:19It's not always passengers that drag the reputation of commercial flying through the mud.
03:25Originally recorded in 2022, a video was uploaded on TikTok by
03:30atjadenwen2 in 2024. It shows British Airways cabin staff Holly Walton as she's recorded by
03:38colleague Lauren Bray while apparently on a hotel break in Antigua.
03:45Walton puts on an offensive accent as she pulls her eyes back.
03:49Seemingly, they were mocking a Chinese family who'd traveled on their flight.
03:53Reportedly, a source close to Bray claimed the video was manipulated by another colleague
03:57to make them look bad as if they'd been feuding and all the social media interactions were bots.

04:04After the video went viral, British Airways fired the two.
04:0710 Items or Jail
04:09No one really likes waiting in a line. If you've been to a grocery shop and
04:15seen a massive line, yet the 10 items or less section was sparse, you
04:19might have been tempted to use it despite having more things.
04:23Well, in 2023, Linda Uk tried just that at an HEB store in Spring, Texas.
04:30However, she wasn't allowed to use the self-service checkout since she had more than 10 items.
04:35After getting into an argument with staff, Uk left. Later, she returned with a friend as backup.
04:41Deputies say she came back inside the store and pulled the employee's hair and then slapped her.
04:46The duo located the employee Uk had clashed with earlier and they attacked her before running away.
04:51Uk was later arrested for her part and was banned from all HEB stores in Harris County.
04:57Racist Adopters
04:59You don't get any more entitled than thinking you can use people as slaves.
05:03In 2023, a neighbor called authorities over concerns for the children at a property in
05:08Sissonville, West Virginia. Officials found the kids living in horrible conditions on the property
05:14owned by Donald Ray Lance and his wife, Jean K. Whitefeather. Two teenagers were discovered locked
05:20inside a shed, which Whitefeather called a teenage clubhouse. Lance and Whitefeather
05:28had adopted five black children and had been accused of forcing them to do farm labor.
05:33With no access to food, water, a bathroom, bed and no way out.
05:38The duo have been charged on several counts, including human trafficking,
05:42neglect and human rights violations. They've denied all charges.
05:47Their trial is set to begin in September 2024.
05:51Both Whitefeather and Lance are now behind bars as they wait for a trial to begin September 9th.
05:58Pizza Desperation
05:59In 2024, with two minutes until closing, Sierra Monroe was eagerly staring at the clock in a
06:06Sam's Club Cafe kitchen in Henry County, Georgia. Then, Andriana McKnight walked in with her two
06:13daughters to get two whole pizzas. However, the staff told her it was too late to make the order.
06:23Fed up waiting for the manager to appear, McKnight, followed by her daughters,
06:27stormed into the kitchen and attacked Monroe. Workers had to get involved to stop the brawl.
06:35McKnight was arrested for her involvement. An arrest warrant was also issued for her
06:39daughter, Victoria Wilson, who was pregnant and went to the hospital after the attack.
06:48Sauce Scuffle
06:50In 2022, all it took was for workers at the Bell Fries restaurant in Manhattan, New York,
06:56charging customers for extra sauce for havoc to ensue. Pearl Azoria, Tatiana Johnson,
07:02and Chitara Placentia, who has a history of issuing controversial lawsuits,
07:07exploded in rage at the additional fee and threw an intense temper tantrum.
07:14They slung items around, stole money, attacked workers, one of which was hospitalized,
07:20and destroyed computers and a cash register. Altogether, the total of the trio's damage
07:26came to around $20,000. Weirdly, they took time out of the unhinged destruction to twerk
07:32on the counter. With the footage recorded by the employees, the three women were arrested
07:40and charged. In 2023, Placentia pleaded guilty to assaults. Birthday Bigots
07:52In 2015, a family came together to celebrate a black child's birthday with a barbecue in
07:58Douglas County, Georgia. However, members of the Respect the Flag disrupted things by waving
08:04Confederate flags, yelling racial slurs, and arguing with the partygoers. One member, Kayla
08:16Norton, handed a firearm to her partner, Jose Torres, and they screamed slurs and violent
08:22threats. In 2017, Norton and Torres were sentenced for their terrible actions, getting 15 and 20-year
08:29sentences respectively. They were also banned from Douglas County upon their release. Other
08:37members of the group were also indicted, some of whom received shorter stints in jail after
08:42pleading guilty to charges. Mother and Son Karens
09:08It's unusual for a mother and son to team up for villainous Karen actions. In 2021,
09:15Bitsy and Edward Brennan began harassing Johnny Martinez. He was working in the parking garage
09:20of an apartment complex in Nashville, Tennessee, when the dastardly duo began questioning why the
09:26black employee was there and demanding to see his ID, ignoring the one on a lanyard around his neck.
09:33Thankfully, Martinez recorded the bizarre interaction, but that only enraged Edward,
09:42who tried to grab his phone and attack. Bitsy then tried to save face by calling the cops first.
09:52Sadly for her, that didn't work as Edward was charged with assault,
09:57while his mommy Dearest was fired as a financial advisor at UBS.
