00:00It's a great place to start probably with Alabama, with Milroy, because during the entire
00:09game, especially when they looked like they were going to fall short to South Carolina,
00:13it was, is this guy actually going to be able to continue to contest for the Heisman?
00:17But most importantly, what Carolina's defense did so perfectly was continue to force Milroy
00:22to the perimeter, take away his running lanes, take away his opportunity to make those big
00:25plays and those big throws.
00:27So if other defenses take a page out of the Gamecocks book, we're looking at some interesting
00:31matchups for Alabama down the stretch.
00:34But as I mentioned, that is where we'll get things going.
00:37Alabama almost fell short to South Carolina, but pulled through a 27 to 25 victory.
00:42And a lot of that comes to key turnovers, key capitalizations.
00:46But most importantly, not finishing playing football until that final whistle blows.
00:51The turning point for them being in full command in that fourth quarter.
00:54What do we like about this game?
00:56And did this almost take them out of the playoff picture?
00:58Because that was the other conversation outside of the Heisman, that Alabama doesn't have
01:02much margin for error when it comes to the playoff talk.
01:05No, they really don't.
01:08And if you're looking for stall points, they're certainly not going to get it with a 27 to
01:1125 victory over South Carolina.
01:14At home, they went off at 19 and a half point favorites.
01:17So it wasn't good enough on that side of things for the Gamecocks.
01:20They had a chance late in this one, I guess, to get the win or at least send it to OT with
01:25a two-point conversion.
01:26It didn't work out in their favor.
01:28So for Burma, they escaped with one.
01:30It's certainly a victory they needed to keep their season moving in the right direction.
01:35Maybe this is the spark that they needed, but I'll tell you what really has been a bit
01:39of a flat spot the last couple of weeks there.
01:41So for Kaelin DeBoer, not going to like what we saw out of this one, but at least they
01:45did come out with that victory, survive, advance, moving on to the next one.
01:49They now sit 5-1, 2-1 in conference.
01:51They're going to have to get back on their feet.

02:50They're going to have to get back on their feet.
02:52As you just mentioned, Dubbs.
02:53But one touchdown, two interceptions, and those two interceptions were also almost extraordinarily
02:58compromising for this team to make way.
03:00Leading the rush room, though, was Miller, and he only picked up 42 rushing yards as well.
