Ingredients
Meat mince 1kg(800 gram lean meat and 200 gram fat)
Make mince in mince machine not chopper
refrigerate for 1 hour

salt 1 tbsp or according to taste
baking soda half tbsp
mix well for 10 minutes
keep refrigerated for 1 hour
