00:00Um, what's today? Is it October 15th? It is. It is. Yeah. Guys know what happened one year
00:05ago today? One year ago today, the bears lost at home to the Vikings, 19 to 13 fields got
00:12hurt. Tyson Bajent finished that sent them to one in five. That's a year ago today. The,
00:19the remarkable, the way that we talk about this coaching staff and the organization,
00:27I mean, it is, it is a crazy seismic shift and it's not all Caleb. Like what's your take?
00:34And if they're in the open, you destroying Maddie Bruce is frankly there in the open.
00:39What is your take a year later at his role in the revitalization of, of this team offensively
00:47as a defensive head coach, what is his role one year later to be where they are on offense?
00:54I think he's done very well. I've always given Matt Iberfluge and Matt Nagy credit
00:59when it's been wanted. I think Matt Iberfluge did some good work on his own job in a few
01:05different aspects in the off season. And then, you know, things got off to a pretty rough
01:09start those first three weeks. If you look at the offense, I think Shane Waldron's play
01:16calling has gotten much better. And that's not about the opponents they've faced, which
01:20are bad defenses the last three weeks. I think that the, the play calling has gotten
01:23better and you have to attribute that to Matt Iberfluge getting involved, which he said
01:27he was going to, he said, where there's a problem, I will go to that.
01:31Now he had some odd percentages to me that didn't, that added up to more than a hundred
01:36percent of his time that he was going to be spending on different things, but he did what
01:40he should. He did what a head coach should do. He got involved in that. Things are going,
01:45I thought he handled the London trip very well, which should never be understated because
01:49that is a total wild card in the NFL. You see all kinds of weird games when they play
01:53in London or they play on Thursday nights. Anytime something is off in the schedule,
01:57you get these unpredictable results where one team shows up and they're not really ready
02:02physically, mentally, something like that. So he has done well. The thing is it's, it's
02:07going to take a lot for him to get the credibility to where you say head coach is problem solved
02:13for the bears. It's going well right now.
