00:02This is an update on the current time.

00:04The Northeast Monsoon or AMIAN is still circulating in the northern and central Luzon area.

00:10However, it will continue to flow in the evening cloudy skies

00:13and there is a chance that it will weaken until the rainy season

00:16in the Cagayan Valley and in the Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:20Meanwhile, in the Ilocos Region and in the Central Luzon Area,

00:24it is still possible for them to experience weak rains or thunderstorms.

00:28This is also an effect of AMIAN.

00:30Meanwhile, in the Mindanao Region,

00:32and the clouds have reached the Palawan Area,

00:36it is expected that it will experience rains due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

00:43It is possible that in Mindanao and Palawan,

00:45there will be heavy rains, thunderstorms, and floods.

00:48So, be extra careful to our fellowmen,

00:51especially those who live in low-lying areas and in mountainous areas,

00:54because the expected rains brought by the IPCZ

00:58are possible to cause floods and landslides.

01:02Meanwhile, the Easter list is the one that is affecting the vast majority of our country,

01:07and this Easter list also brings scattered rain showers and thunderstorms,

01:12especially in the part of Quezon and in the Bicol Region.

01:16So, tonight, we are expecting rains in the mentioned areas.

01:21So, be extra careful to our fellowmen.

01:24But here in Metro Manila, as well as in the vast majority of Quezon,

01:29as well as in the whole of Visayas,

01:31we are expecting generally fair weather conditions,

01:34but it is still possible for thunderstorms to occur this afternoon until later tonight.

01:38There is no time to monitor the low-pressure area or typhoon

01:42that is possible to affect our country.

01:46For our forecast for tomorrow,

01:48because the Cordillera and Cagayan Valley are still in the dry season,

01:53it is still possible for tomorrow to bring severe rains.

01:57In Locos Region and the rest of Central Luzon or Central Luzon area,

02:01the forecast for tomorrow is generally clear,

02:03and if there are any rains, it will be isolated and severe.

02:09But here in Metro Manila, Calabar Zone, as well as in the Bicol Region,

02:14and in the Mindoro Provinces,

02:17we are expecting fair weather conditions,

02:20including thunderstorms and tornadoes.

02:23Because in the Palawan region, we are still expecting scattered rains.

02:28And if there are any rains that we will experience here in Metro Manila tomorrow,

02:32it will be isolated and severe,

02:35it will still bring easterlies.

02:37Our temperature tomorrow here in Manila is from 25 to 31 degrees.

02:42In Tagaytay, it is from 22 to 29 degrees Celsius.

02:45In Baguio City, our temperature tomorrow is from 17 to 24 degrees.

02:49And in Baguio City, it is from 25 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:54In Taguigarau, because the weather is gloomy tomorrow,

02:56the temperature will be from 24 to 29 degrees.

03:01And in Legazpi City, it is from 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:05And as I mentioned, because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone,

03:09the Palawan and Kalayaan Islands,

03:12the sky is still cloudy tomorrow and there will be scattered rains.

03:16At 25 or 26 degrees Celsius to 31 degrees,

03:20we are expecting severe temperatures.

03:23Let us promise our fellowmen in Kabisayaan that by tomorrow,

03:28we are expecting improving or favorable weather conditions.

03:31And if there are any rains, it will be isolated and still bring easterlies.

03:37We also have thunderstorm advisories on our social media accounts.

03:43Our temperature tomorrow in Iloilo is from 26 to 32 degrees.

03:47Metro Cebu, 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.

03:50And in Tacloban, 25 to 31 degrees Celsius.

03:54Tomorrow, the effect of the Intertropical Convergence Zone will be slightly lower

03:58but it will still bring scattered rains and thunderstorms

04:01in Basilan, Sulu, Tawi-Tawi, and in some parts of Soksoy.

04:05So be careful to our fellowmen there.

04:08In some parts of Mindanao, the weather conditions are improving tomorrow

04:12but the chance of rain is still high in the afternoon and at night

04:16because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

04:19Our temperature tomorrow in Cagayan de Oro is 25 to 30 degrees.

04:23Zamboangat, 26 to 33 degrees Celsius.

04:26And in Metro Davao, 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.

04:30We do not have a gale warning that is high in any country in the ocean

04:34so be careful fellowmen.

04:36Our fellowmen, you should also be careful if there is a small vehicle at sea.

04:40But we are warning our fellowmen who will sail in the northern Luzon area

04:45because the moderate to rough sea conditions are still possible here.

04:51For our 3-day weather outlook in the major cities of our country,

04:56particularly here in Luzon, in Metro Manila,

04:59generally fair weather conditions will be clear over the weekend

05:03and until Monday.

05:04And if there is rain, there will be isolated cases

05:07and there will be occasional showers due to the localized thunderstorm.

05:12For the city, the weather is still clear

05:14but there are chances of thunderstorms due to the rain.

05:18But for Legazio City, as we have seen,

05:20the sky will be cloudy until Monday

05:23and there will be scattered rains, floods, and landslides.

05:29and possibly in the coming days or early next week,

05:38because we are expecting it to rain by next week.

05:47particularly Metro Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban City.

06:04But in Tacloban, when Monday arrives,

06:15we are expecting Tacloban City to experience light weather.

06:21In Mindanao, for the next 3 days,

06:27will subside.

06:29That is why we are expecting Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

06:31to be light weather in the whole of Mindanao,

06:35particularly in Metro Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Zamboanga City.
