00:09The Transamerica Center for Retirement Studies surveyed more than 5,700 middle-class adults
00:15and asked them which retirement security issues they hope the next president and Congress

00:21Sixty-five percent of respondents said the next president needs to address the Social
00:25Security shortfall.
00:27Republicans also agree that Medicare needs to be reviewed and health should be made more
00:31affordable by the next leader.
00:34Middle-class voters also say that the next president should focus on making workplace
00:37retirement plans more accessible.
00:40And finally, many Americans realize that they never learned how to properly manage money.
00:45Middle-class voters would like to make schools teach financial literacy.
