00:00The Pasig Regional Trial Court ruled that Pastor Apolo Kibuloy's request for a hospital arrest

00:35Kibuloy was found guilty of child abuse and human trafficking.

00:41But Kibuloy's request for a hospital arrest

00:44was not allowed by Pasig RTC Branch 159

00:48which is listening to his case.

00:50According to Kibuloy's lawyer,

00:52the court said that if he will have a health emergency,

00:56there is a general hospital inside Camp Kramie

00:59where he can be arrested.

01:01Kibuloy's lawyer will appeal the decision.

01:05The Veterans Memorial Hospital was denied.
