00:11PNP-CIDG Chief General Nicolas Torre III leads the filing at the Justice Department on Thursday,

00:17The PNP-CIDG accuses Torreon, Badoy, SMNI host Jeffrey Celis, and several others of
00:23either preventing the police from carrying out its duty to arrest Quiboloy or influencing
00:27other people to do so.
00:29Police arrested Quiboloy in early September after a two-week standoff with members of
00:32his organization, the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, at its sprawling compound in Davao City.
00:38Quiboloy is jailed at the PNP Custodial Center in Quezon City on charges of human trafficking
00:42and sexual abuse of a minor.
00:44Also on Thursday, the Pasig Court handling Quiboloy's cases deny his request for hospital
00:48arrest.
