00:00The effects of the two weather systems in our country are still ongoing.

00:04The first one is the rain here in Mindanao and Palawan

00:07because it is still in the Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ

00:11where the wind is coming from the northern and southern hemispheres.

00:15While the effect of the easterly or the wind from the Pacific Ocean is still ongoing

00:19which brings a high chance of rain in the eastern part of Luzon.

00:23Meanwhile, a low-pressure area was formed in the Pacific Ocean in the east of Visayas.

00:29As of 3 in the morning, it is more than 2,000 kilometers east of eastern Visayas

00:34and within the next 24 hours, it is not expected to enter our Philippine Area of Responsibility.

00:40The effect is not expected yet and it is not expected that there will be a storm in the next 24 hours.

00:46Along this ITCZ, there are also possible new circulations that will be formed

00:51so we are always up to date with our updates.

00:55For today, the effect of the easterly is still expected in a large part of Luzon.

00:59It will bring a part of clouds to a cloudy sky in Cagayan Valley, Aurora, Quezon and Bicol Region

01:06which is also accompanied by heavy rains or thunderstorms especially in the afternoon until the afternoon.

01:12In the remaining part of Luzon as Metro Manila,

01:15there is still sometimes a sunny morning until the afternoon.

01:18It is a bit hot in the afternoon and in the afternoon until the evening,

01:21sometimes it gets dark and we will also expect heavy rains and thunderstorms

02:02There are areas where it rains such as Panay Island and Eastern Visayas

02:06and when it reaches the afternoon until the evening,

02:09there are more places in Visayas where there will be heavy rains or thunderstorms

02:14which is also an effect of the Intertropical Convergence Zone.

02:17Our temperature in a large part of Visayas and Palawan is still possible to be hot up to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:24And for our countrymen in the southern portions,

02:26there will still be heavy rains here in Mindanao due to the effect of ITCZ,

02:31which is expected to have a high chance of rain in Zamboanga Peninsula,

02:34Bangsamoro Region, Sok Sarjen,

02:37and also in the provinces of Davao del Sur, Davao Oriental, and Davao Occidental.

02:43There will not be continuous rains but sometimes it will be heavy,

02:45so be careful in the event of floods and landslides.

02:49In the remaining part of Mindanao,

02:51the rest of Davao Region, Northern Mindanao,

02:53and Karaga Region,

02:54there will be a part of clouds and sometimes a cloudy sky

02:56which is still accompanied by isolated rains,

02:59especially in the afternoon until the evening.

03:02Our temperature in a large part of Mindanao is possible to be hot up to 32 degrees Celsius.

03:09For today and tomorrow,

03:10we still do not expect any gale, warning, or thunderstorms.

03:15There will be moderate to moderate highs in many seaboards of our country

03:20up to 2 meters if there are thunderstorms.

03:22Then over the weekend, especially on Sunday onwards,

03:25it is possible for there to be high winds in Northern Luzon

03:28and in Silangang Bay,

03:30as well as in Central and Southern Luzon

03:32due to the strong winds from the north of Silangang.

03:36And for the next three days,

03:38we expect heavy rains in a large part of our country.

03:42As we mentioned earlier,

03:44along the ITCZ,

03:45another low-pressure area is possible to form

03:48and that is where the Philippine Area of Responsibility

03:51is possible to enter over this weekend.

03:55there will be a storm entering our PAR.

04:00from Saturday to Monday,

04:02it will still be raining in a large part of Mindanao and Palawan.

04:14Here in the St. Skagen Valley,

04:17Silangang Part of Central and Southern Luzon,
