00:00Volcanic ash events have been recorded in the Canlaon Volcano today.
00:05According to the PHEVOLCS, the eruption of the volcano three times this morning lasted for two to six minutes.
00:14The PHEVOLCS did not detect any seismic or infrasound signals when the incident occurred.
00:20For now, there are traces of the volcano that were seen in some barangays in La Carlota City and La Castellana.
00:27Residents of Yubo Barangay experienced sulfurous fumes.
00:32Alert Level 2 in the Canlaon Volcano is still high,
00:37so residents are advised to be alert and avoid heading to the 4-kilometer radius permanent danger zone of the volcano.
