00:04We're gonna go ahead and unbox and check it out
00:06It's a new phone from Xiaomi
00:08And it has the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3
00:12Which is very interesting
00:14So it's a very powerful phone here
00:16For this price point of $339 here
00:20So let's go ahead and get this guy out the box here
00:23So I do really like these Poco phones as a pretty good alternative to people who don't like old flagships
00:34And they just want something brand new right
00:37This is pretty cheap and pretty powerful
00:40So in the box of course we get a case
00:43And something I always love with Xiaomi is that they still are giving you accessories in a box
00:49Unlike Samsung with their midrangers pretty much giving you nothing
00:54So you get a nice case to protect your phone with
00:57And you even get the charger in the box here
01:00You have the 90W charger on board
01:03So you know just a great unboxing experience in 2024 compared to what you get these days
01:12Alright so let's go ahead and get this phone out of the plastic here
01:17Let's go ahead and get this off
01:19Now this feels like an all plastic phone here
01:22It is IP64 dust and water resistant as well too
01:27And I think the phone still looks really really good
01:30I really like the design and the color on here
01:33Now I'm not completely against plastic
01:36You know I have some people who really like the plastic because
01:39You know it doesn't crack as easy as glass here
01:42But hardware wise it feels ok
01:45Definitely very light feeling phone though as well too
01:48And I do love the camera design on here as well too
01:52So let's go ahead and boot this up
01:55Alright so let's check out the display on the POCO F6 here
01:59It's pretty nice and very slim bezels on here as well too
02:04So that's really impressive for this price device
02:07But you do have an AMOLED display
02:10It's at 6.67 inches
02:12And then you also have a 1220x2712 resolution display
02:16At 446 for the PPI here
02:19So it's a pretty nice looking display
02:22Very nice and bright and vibrant
02:24You get 1200 nits peak brightness on here
02:27So visibility outdoors is pretty decent as well too
02:30And it is HDR10 plus as well with Dolby Vision
02:34So again I have no issues with the panel on here
02:38Again it's 120Hz as well
02:41So it's pretty nice
02:43It's pretty much close to a flagship quality display here
02:47The only thing is I guess that's not making it a flagship quality
02:51The panel is that it's not LTPO
02:53I think it goes down to 30 frames from what I was seeing
02:59The lowest but other than that
03:02It's still a very very good panel here for the most part
03:06Very nice vibrant screen on here for sure
03:09The gaming performance on here is really really good guys
03:12You can see we got smooth ultra extreme on PUBG here
03:16And it's just blazing fast
03:18It's instantly fast
03:20So this is definitely a gaming phone with the Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 here
03:26You have the Adreno 735
03:28The base model also has a really good amount of storage
03:31It's 256GB and 8GB of RAM on the base model
03:34So this thing is just really fast
03:37I like that you get a bunch of storage out of the box here
03:40And it would be nice if they put SD card support on this phone
03:44I think that would take it over the top
03:46But overall I'm not complaining about performance here at all
03:50This phone has been really really smooth
03:52Running on top of Android 14 with the MIUI skin on here
03:57So again if you're a gamer
03:59And you kind of don't like old flagships
04:01I mean this is well optimized
04:04For PUBG and Call of Duty and pretty much anything else
04:08So this pretty much has a flagship chipset in it for the most part here
04:13And I'll go ahead and show you guys the Geekbench scores here as well

04:50Score wise this thing is a very very powerful phone

05:30Donc, il y a une bonne quantité de basse ici, mais ce n'est pas aussi clair que ce que j'aimerais, mais encore une fois, pour ce prix, ce n'est pas mal du tout.
05:38Ce téléphone a aussi le scanner à poignets, ce qui fonctionne vraiment bien. C'est un scanner optique, pas de problème avec celui-ci du tout.
05:46Et puis, vous pouvez aussi prendre avantage de votre face unlock.
05:50Mes premières impressions des caméras sont plutôt bonnes. Ce téléphone a des caméras plutôt bonnes pour la plupart de ce que je vois.
05:57Il a un standard de 50 mégapixels et un ultrawide de 8 mégapixels. Il peut filmer en 4K60 avec un selfie de 20 mégapixels.
06:05Cela ne filme qu'en 1080p60. Les images elles-mêmes étaient plutôt bonnes. Elles étaient très jolies avec les couleurs.
06:13Et aussi, vous obtenez de très bonnes détails avec ces images aussi, avec l'ultrawide aussi.
06:19En zoomant dans les images, comme il n'y a pas de lenteur de téléphone, c'est juste ok. Il va seulement croquer dans la lenteur principale.
06:25Mais c'était décent. Les photos en bas de lumière étaient en fait plutôt décentes aussi.
06:30Donc, je n'étais pas déçu des caméras. Je pensais que le vidéo était aussi assez solide.
06:34De bonnes distances dynamiques, de bons détails aussi.
06:37Et c'est basiquement, ça va vous donner une photo mid-range pour la plupart du temps.
06:41Donc oui, j'ai pensé que les images étaient plutôt jolies. Alors, que pensez-vous ?
06:45La batterie est supposée être vraiment bonne sur ce téléphone. C'est quelque chose que je vais bien sûr tester un peu plus.
06:51Mais il a une batterie assez grande à 5000mAh aussi.
06:55Et juste en l'utilisant, juste en regardant la façon dont il s'échauffe, j'ai l'impression qu'il n'y a pas de problème.
07:00Et en plus, Xiaomi reçoit toujours des points bonus pour non seulement inclure le chargeur dans la boîte,
07:05mais il a aussi de très bonnes vitesses de charge à 90W.
07:08Donc, ça peut aller de, je crois, 0 à 135 minutes.
07:12Ce qui est vraiment impressionnant.
07:14Donc, c'est assez bien. En tout cas, j'ai vraiment aimé cette vidéo.
